By accessing or using CommeUnJeu (commeunjeu.org), its mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The CommeUnJeu application is a public math education platform offering interactive lessons, exercises, and AI-assisted grading for students from elementary school to high school. The Service is available to the general public via the website (commeunjeu.org), mobile applications (Android, iOS), and social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) where CommeUnJeu publishes educational video content.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not create accounts for others without their consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CommeUnJeu — including lessons, exercises, animations, videos, and illustrations — is the intellectual property of CommeUnJeu and is protected by copyright. You may use the content for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution, commercial use, or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Some features (such as AI-assisted grading) require credits or a subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refund requests may be submitted by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.

7. AI-Assisted Grading

The AI grading feature uses Google Gemini to analyze photos of handwritten work. The AI feedback is provided as an educational aid and may not always be accurate. CommeUnJeu is not liable for errors in AI-generated feedback.

8. Children's Use

CommeUnJeu is designed for use by children with parental consent. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle children's data.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommeUnJeu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
